okay, for those of you who decided to be difficult, even though you see my sisters all the time and know what I was talking about, let me clear this up for you... I don't care about Alison's hair, it's Hannah's that bugs the crap out of me. Happy? Okay, then... let's move on. Unfortunately, I am still in Bloomington. My brake lights went out and so my car refused to shift out of park. It's now at the ford dealership being dealt with severly. I hope to be home in time to regroup before returning to the psycho's dominion that I call work tomorrow. (sigh) I shall now return to watching cable, far inferior to the wonder called tivo. Talk to you all later...

some things that made me smile today:

1) seeing my aunt and uncle from california having a snowball fight in the back yard. he won.
2) seeing my cousins who were under the age of four when i saw them last. now they are up to
my shoulder... except for the three year old.
3) hearing my mother do her screaming laugh and praying to God that people aren't serious
when they say i laugh just like her. :) i pray God be gracious for the sake of those around me.
4) jbox texting me that there is a wallace and gromit video game for playstation 2. sweet!
5) listening to my dad, grandpa, and two uncle's, be talcott men and watching my mom and
aunt's responses.
6) copying all my mom's christmas music unto george, my laptop. yeah, perry como/roger
whittaker!
7) seeing snow, while being in chicago and knowing that i'm not responsible for shoveling any
of it!
8) listening to my aunt's share advice for being married to this family. :) very enlightening...
9) seeing my sisters orange hair... okay, it didn't make me smile. i actually rolled my eyes and
got pretty irritated that my family lets her look that way. i just needed to comment on it...
10) and finally: hmmm..... i guess i don't really have an "and finally!" so this must be where i say
that i'm thankful for all my friends, and i will stand by them until the end!

ebay junky

I am addicted to ebay. just thought i should tell someone. my first night on found me the proud owner of a mister potato head tie. need i say more. in case anyone had some free time, there is a seller named wearekoalas who is freakin hysterical. he writes short blurbs on every item he's selling and it makes me feel like i'm reading a blog. laugh out loud funny. i think erik and nate would appreciate a lot of what he says... as would amanda who has officially left work "forever." congrats my dear!
i just found out my closing date on the house has been moved from monday to thursday. sigh... does it never end?

holy crap. this has been the week from somewhere else. the reason for my lack of writing is my being completely overwhelmed with possible content. i have decided to cover my last week in small bites... starting with my next blog... i'm not in the mood tonight.
tomorrow morning, amanda and i are leaving on our great, two-day, cowgirl adventure. we will be venturing into the great unknown in the "box" truck. cowboy hats and open roads, here we come!
