i have just been informed of an act of brilliance. apparently while my friend matt was out of town his roommates disposed of his dog! tom sent charlie (the dog) off to his parents farm. matt is of course quite up in arms at this turn of events and has verbally fought this injustice with arguments such as: "you can't just give my stuff away when i'm gone" and "i never told you to get rid of my dog!" to which tom replied "yet you told me to bury it alive?"
brilliant!

i am so tired. i hate it when i wake up before my alarm goes off and can't get back to sleep. it's so frustrating. oh, well... life goes on.
this weekend i'm doing to minnesota with erik's family for one of his cousins weddings. we're staying in this hotel that's made of old boxcars http://www.northernrail.net/. it looks pretty interesting. :)
i miss amanda. i hate having work news and no one who would really care to hear it. .i can't wait for her to get back...

i had fun in the ozarks! i went out with amanda's family on saturday and just got back. i didn't want to leave! we went out in the fishing boat and got thrown around in other peoples wake and went tubing yesterday. i was so sore from holding on that this morning i could barely lift goblet of fire! :)
i have some nice brown going on finally. it's always my goal to set at least one chance for sun a summer and this was definitely it. i got a little red as well, but let's not dwell on that, shall we? ;)
amanda introduced her family to loaded questions which resulted in some fun trivia:
grandma would stalk dr. phil given the opportunity,
cousin joe thinks that "if you smell your butt, you'll grow nose hairs",
and with aunt bonnie's lock, if she found a treasure chest, with her luck, it would contain "no beer!"
i love amanda's family! they're such a riot. :)
i'm off to clean my room to bless my roommate on her return.
